I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned how obsessed I was with merpeople and fish. Then again, anyone who knew me back then is definitely aware of my little fixation with animals in general. Hence, my weird past with drawing centaurs and humans with bird wings and fish tails.
I haven’t really had the time to make any hybrid human art until recently. It actually feels really therapeutic going back to my… “quirky” roots, though I wish I still had that creative spark from my younger days.
Nevertheless, I’m quite motivated to get some of that spark back and someday make decent art with it. For now, it’ll be quick little portraits and doodles.
